Orders are received within 2-7 days or depending on what type of commission is ordered.

Returning Customers will have beneficial discounts and should have at least 2 commissions beforehand.

Terms and conditions

Graphic Design

Reminder Suzumi Artistry can refuse a commission if the artists cannot meet the expectations of the client and or is not comfortable with the idea.

This includes NSFW, Fanart, etc.
(This varies depending on what type of commission you will avail.)

Suzumi Artistry can decline commission, any changes, images,
or words that are included in the commissions.

Commission slots may vary to the artist's availability 50% of the price
is given beforehand and full payment will be made after the commission is complete.

Please Remain in Contact for 21-48 hours during the commission.
Payment is only accepted in PayPal or GCash

Refunds or Cancellation request are only to be made before the artist started the commission and will receive a full refund

Maximum of 3 Revisions, charges apply for extra revisions.
